A DBT SKILLS GROUP FOR MOMS
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence- based therapy approach in which the therapist and client work with acceptance and change-oriented strategies to treat low moods, anxiety, irritability, and unwanted behaviors.

DBT encompasses 4 groups of skills:
Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness

All Groups will be VIRTUAL
from 9am-10am

Mindfulness Skills
First Friday in October
will run weekly for 3 weeks
