Most insurance plans provide out-of-network benefits. Client's are responsible for fees at time of service.
Upon request, Danielle will provide a detailed receipt, a "Super Bill," to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) are charged a $50 fee.
